Abstract
The arbitration procedure of rural land contract disputes is Quasi-Ualsal arbitration procedure.Its function shall be located on distinguishing rural land contract cases from civil action.Its initialization does not need arbitration agreement.In light of the current legislation,parties in a rural land contract dispute can choose arbitration or civil action and submit the case to the court after an efficient arbitration award.But,in the future,when our correlative legislation is improved,we shall prohibit submitting the same case to the court after arbitration.
