On the Government Interest in the Implementation of Public Policies

In implementing public policies,the basic interest and role interest of government interest is the premise and foundation for the government to devise public policies and enhance public interest,but any abnormal interest breaks any necessary control and boundary and thus becomes unit interest,regional interest and individual interest.It is then necessary to make sure that government basic interest and role interest can be realized and the vying for abnormal interest can be checked,on which government interest and public interest must be handled properly.
