On the History and Reality of Financial Capital

Marx,Hilferding and Lenin analyzed the emergence and development of financial capital.The results of their research show that from the usurious load and other interest-bearing capitals in the pre-capitalism era,to the independent operation of monetary capital,and finally to the monopoly of financial capital,the forms of capital are developing and changing continuously.The process of commercial capital to industrial capital and to financial capital is the morphological changes of the capital history;the motivation is not only the improvement of productivity and expansion of credit,but also the inevitable result of the accumulation of capital.The financial capital represents the most abstract and the most advanced form of the capital development;its rise has driven the socialized capitalist production up to a higher level,reflecting the basic trend of contemporary capitalism to a virtual economy from the real one.
