Abstract

The development and prevalence of the internet has brought about some new means and forms for the moral and political work for the college students, but at the same time, they have also caused some new problems. The higher education institutions must have a thorough understanding of the characteristics of the internet and should actively and initiatively occupy this position and make the best of it to explore new means for the moral and political work for college students.
