On China's Mining Right:the Essence and Content and Their Changes

Based on the Chinese constitution,the civil law and the law of mineral resources,this article gives a discussion of the mining right in respect to its connotation and the essence. It is held that in law the mining right belongs to civil right,or rather the kind of material right. The article also present an analysis of contents and the changes of mining right in accordance with the regulations.\;
