Abstract
The joint toxicity of the insecticide mixture of bifenthrin and acetamiprid to Empoasca vitis Gothe was studied by glass-slice immersion method,CTC of this mixture was equal to 105.56-189.21 with a function of synergism and addition. The optimum ratio of these two insecticides was determined and a synergistic mixture of bifenthrin and acetamiprid was manufactured. In the field trials, the efficacy of this 4.5% WL against Empoasca vitis Gothe was excellent. The control effect of the mixture applied at 27.00-33.75 g ai./hm2 was 94.64%-100%.In comparison, its efficacy was higher than 2.5% EC bifenthrin and 3% EC acetamiprid.
