Abstract
International Investment Law has shown an unprecedented liberalization trend,which caused significant changes on the policies and legislation of foreign capitals utilizing and economic development of all countries over the world.Developing countries have to accelerate the pace of investment liberalization,yet blindly pursuing can bring them nothing but negative affect on their own economic development.Therefore,we should correctly deal with the liberalization of international investment law,and conform to the development of the situation.In this paper,some strategies for perfecting the investment liberalization of our country are brought forward from the strategic point view of improving the national economy of our country.
