Abstract

Objective To analyze and compare the abundance of proteins in the carcinoma,pericarcinoma and normal tissues of human's oesophagus,gastric and cervica and isolate HSP70-polypetide compound.Methods SDS-polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the differences of proteins content in the carcinoma,pericarcinoma and normal tissues of human's oesophagus,gastric and colorectal carcinoma.And HSP70-polypetide compound was isolated from the carcinoma tissues of oesophagus;Results The variety of proteins was coincident in different tissues of the same organs,but the richness showed diversity.And HSP70-peptide compound was obtained.Conclusion The richness of different proteins in various tissues is association with the life situation of cells.The method of the isolation of HSP70-polypeptide compound from tumors cell provides a basis for the further research and utilization of HSP70 protein.
