Abstract
In this paper ,status of phosphate resource and sulphur resource is snalysised. Point out :be short of sulphur is a important factor which restrain the development of phosphate fertilizer industry and agriculture of Yunnan province; the combined production of sulphuric acid and cement and used as sulphur fertilizer is the best route on comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum of Yunnan.
