Stduty On Chinese Iaw Tradition Under Angle of View "Government by Law"

Abstract

The government by law is law rule,the good law is one kind of perfect government by law.The Chinese law tradition is various,has many good existences,but lacks method of law rule.The theory of multi-dimension on law rule is not correct.A bandoning of multi-dimensional theory and un-drstanding is better to under China's legal tradition,correctly have vital practical significance to real-ization of the good law in China.
