Abstract
The in vitro matured porcine oocytes were used as the objection of the experiment. The effects of electrical activation on the parthenogenetic development of porcine oocytes were discussed by the different electric field duration and electric pulsing number. The results showed that one electric pulsing is enough to activation of the porcine oocytes, 1300V·cm-1 of electric field strength and 80 μs of electric field duration can get the higher rates of oocyte activation, cleavage and parthenogenetic embryo.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
