Abstract
Innovative education is the soul of a natlon's educational improvement and development. It is also the key point of quality education. Form experimental education, this paper will discuss that teachers must have innovation on education design and education method. Throngh teachers' educational innovation, students' learning initiative can be promoted and the educational intentions of innovation can be achieved.
