Abstract
One feed complex-enzyme producing mutant strain of Aspergillus niger JW001 was obtained by UV mutagenesis,the strain can produce high activity of multi-enzyme systems.The cellulase enzyme activity was 18 379 u/g,122% higher than original strain and the acidic proteinase enzyme activity was 6 472 u/g,92%higher than original strain.The solid plate fermentation process of this strain was optimized and animal feeding experiments were carried out,the results showed that the feed enzyme-complex produced by strain JW001 could bring series beneficial effects on different animals.
