Abstract
The Single Microcontroller in AVR Series issued by ATMEL provides a Serial Peripheral Interface(SPI),with which clients are able to do programming through computer parallel port,serial port or USB port to its internal program memory.In fact,to fulfill the function of In System Programmable(ISP) in AVR single microcontroller by using computer port is to force signal wave needed by the single microcontroller,achieving the AVR single microcontroller programmed by computer.With an introduction of the pins function and the principle of the USB transfer chip CH341,this paper discusses ISP programming cable principle map of AVR single microcontroller based on USB port and introduces the usage of relevant programming software.
