New Security Theory Based on Development——On the Connotation of Security in the "Scientific Concept of Development"

Throughout the historical course of development of national security theories in new China,there had always been forerunners to propose innovative commanding strategic ideas that could adapt to major changes in international relations and meet challenges of security situations.They are the pioneers in their respective time.This is also true with the case of the scientific concept of development.This paper attempts to interpret the connotation of security in the scientific concept of development from the perspective of changing security situations and the security needs of China in the era of globalization in the light of security philosophy from the perspective of macro considerations.It is meant to explain the significance of this new development theory in terms of security for the world,and for China in particular.
