Abstract

The outbreak of Global Financial Crisis has brought unprecedented challenges into China's small and medium -sized enterprises(SMEs).Analyzing the characteristics and the problems of the management of China's SMEs,the article puts forward the significant meanings of management innovation for the SMEs development and the ways to realize the SMEs'management innovation,for the reference of China's SMEs management innovation.
