Abstract

According to the ratio of value added to gross industrial output value of the elastic calculation, results showed that the Ratio of value added to gross industrial output value decline with the growth of value added to gross industrial output value. Some scholars believe that the decline of economic efficiency is the ratio of value added to gross industrial output value for the decline. From the statistical methods of analysis, the decline in the economic efficiency is the sufficient condition of the reduction of the ratio of value added to gross industrial output value, not the necessary condition, therefore,as a measurement of the economic efficiency, the effect of the ratio of value added to gross industrial output value will be affected.
