Abstract

Neorealism and Neoliberalism are the two great schools in western international relations theory.Their theoretical historical places stem from ceaseless arguments and integration. They all develop their past theories, but they still have the controversial spots of international regime, international cooperation and relative gains and absolute gains, etc. These controversies give significant impact on the development of international relations theory. These schools need a new theoretical stadium to build on other theories and to integrate each other in order to create a new and perfect theory from an extensive perspective and put a push on the development for international relations theory.
