Analysis about Leisure Physical Activities of Teachers Participate in Henan University

According to age and gender analysis of College Teachers' participation in leisure sports activity motivation,frequency,items,places and unit worker physical work demands.Suggestions: 1) staff in Colleges and universities to establish the value of leisure sports.2) the school leadership attaches importance to staff of leisure sports activities,improve the teachers' work environment,accelerate the introduction of new projects,increase pair of recreational sports facility investment dynamics,in order to promote the development of leisure sports of College teachers.
