An Analytic Hierarchy Process Model and Example Analysis in Laboratory Project Post Evaluation

Using the basic principle and method of the project post evaluation,this article analyzed the characteristics of the construction of laboratory project in colleges,including the project goal,the experimental teaching,the management and the sustainable development.It also established the post evaluation index system,and studied its index sequence and weight with AHP method,therefore providing a quantitative analytic method for intensifying the construction and management of laboratory project in colleges.
