Abstract

At present,the broadband video,mobile phone TV,direct broadcast satellite,IPTV on the traditional cable television brought grim challenge,with triple play further forward,digital cable TV,two-way radio and television industry is currently the only way.Prefecture level city as a cable television network main body,how to implement the conversion,converted to operation,how to locate,how innovation out of a suitable radio and television development is an urgent problem to solve.
