On the Art and Skills of Cooperation in Piano Accompaniment

Abstract
Good vocal composition requires the cooperation of the singer and the piano accompanist as well as beautiful melody and lyrics.This paper holds that piano accompanists should,on the one hand,grasp the intention of the composer and the role of accompaniment and seek the harmony between their performance and that of the singers so as to create accurate image of music and on the other,fours on the art and skills of cooperation in the practice and training of piano accompaniment.
