Abstract
The vacuum nitriding process was carried out on 6063 Al alloy nitriding was treated. Accelerated salt spray corrosion the original and nitrided samples copper of was carried out. The corrosion situation in the salt spray with corrosion pit depth and corrosion loss to comparative analysis of the experimental group and controlgroup was studied. Combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrochemical polarization curve, the corrosion behavior of the alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of 6063 aluminum alloy can beimproned by vacuum nitriding, and with the nitriding temperature 500 ℃ and 540 ℃, the sample corrosion properties improve.
