Abstract

Oocyte cryopreservation is the most promising techniques on female fertility preservation. However, due to its special physiological structure, oocyte is vulnerable to be damaged during cryopreservation. Thus,to improve the method of cryopreservation and to add cryoprotectant(including cytoskeletal stabilizers and antioxidants)can improve damage and increase development potential, which is significant in the use of the cryopreservation technique.
