The Difference between Government Compensation and Civil Compensation

Abstract

Government compensation and civil compensation are different ways for a victim to get indemnity.The compensator,liability for compensation,status of the two parties,purpose of compensation and the way of how to compensate of the two kinds of compensation is obviously different.This article will help us to understand the purpose of legislation about the two different kinds of compensation and it will also help us in application of the law relateel.
