Abstract

Aim A quantitative method was developed for the determination of Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,Cryptotanshinone,TanshinoneⅠand Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Tanshinone ear drops by HPLC.Method The chromatographic conditions include column Intersil C 18 ,mobile phase:acetonitrile 10% acetonitrile (52∶48),flow rate 1.5ml/min,wavelength 254nm.Results The regression equation of Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,Cryptotanshinone,TanshinoneⅠand Tanshinone Ⅱ A was Y=0.061 48+0.000 001 066X,r=0.999 8,Y=-0.5318+0.000 001 270X,r=0.999 8,Y=-0.207 4+0.000 000 944 9X,r=0.999 6,Y=-0.073 30+0.000 000 955 0X,r=0.999 9,respectively.The average recovery of Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,Cryptotanshinone,TanshinoneⅠ,Tanshinone Ⅱ A were 99.1% (RSD 4.4%),102.5% (RSD 2.3%),100.6%(RSD 5.0%),98.0%(RSD 2.8%) respectively.The measurable lowest limit of Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,Cryptotanshinone,TanshinoneⅠand Tanshinone Ⅱ A were 0.2,0.3,0.2 and 0.2μg·ml -1 respectively.Conclusion The method was sensitive,rapid and accurate.
