Abstract

Political civilization is in accordance with the construction of harmonious society basically.Its historic position and function decide its guiding role on social harmony construction.As a key section of harmonious society,political civilization plays the role of political guarantee,while building harmonious society promotes political civilization.Therefore,both unified in free of human development in an all round way.
