Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Severe Pulmonary Heart Disease 30 Cases with Clinical Observation

[Objective]To observe the Danhong injection in the treatment of severe pulmonary heart disease. [Methods]60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group ( 30 cases),two groups are therefore correspondingly conventional Western medical treatment (including oxygen、 anti — inflammatory、cough、expectorant、asthma、cardiac,diuretic,etc.),the treatment group was added based on the above Danhong injection 30mL and add 5% glucose injection in the intravenous infusion of 250mL,daily 1 time,and 2 weeks for a course of treatment.[Results]The clinical efficacy of the treatment group there is always more efficient than the control group (P0.05) ;treatment group,PaCO_2、PaO_2 significantly improved compared with the control group (P 0.01 ).[Conclusion]Danhong injection can effectively reduce blood viscosity in patients with pulmonary heart disease,reduce pulmonary vascular resistance,thereby improving heart and lung function,decrease hospitalization time,worthy of promotion.
