Abstract

During the research and development process of librarian-centered Official Management Information Platform,we should not only achieve the innovation management about the workflow in universities' digital library,but also promote the better carrying out and implementation of the reader-centered service concept in library.By this way,the balanced and healthy development can be achieved in universities' digital library.
