A Compare on Three Schools of Institutional Economics

Abstract

The crisis of economics in 1920s gave birth to the institutional economics, which can be divided into three schools, representing three different thoughts and methodology, while the new institutional economics won more attention in China. The author attempts to argue the importance acquainting to thoughts of the two other schools to have a full comprehensive understanding of institutional economics.
