Normal mathematics education reform with the job requirements

Abstract
Normal mathematics education should be changed with basic mathematics education curriculum reform.Teacher should be able to fully mobilize the subjective initiative of students,mainly teachers explain teaching model should change to the teachers and students to discuss teaching model,cut and add the teaching content according to the middle school mathematics content.The purpose is smooth convergence of normal mathematics education and the middle school mathematics,finally improve teaching quality.
