Abstract

This paper puts forward the task of constructing college harmonious culture and demonstrates its characteristics with the aim to arouse the college cultural self-consciousness.It also explores its six elements: college spiritual culture,academic culture,tolerant culture,system culture,environmental culture and organization culture.
