Abstract
The characteristics and the operation principle of infrared imaging guidance are introduced and the reasons that point-type infrared decoy can not jam effectively the infrared imaging guidance are analyzed. The reasons that the surface-type infrared decoy can jam the infrared imaging guidance are discussed. At last, the present situation and the trend in developmenting the surface-type infrared decoy are introduced.
