Abstract

Objective:To study the clinicopathologic characteristics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma(HL).Methods:Twenty cases of HL were studied with light microscopy and immunohistochemical techniques. Results:All cases were classic HL(CHL) including 8 cases of nodular sclerosis CHL(NS-CHL),5 cases of mixed cellularity CHL(MC-CHL),4 cases of lymphocyte rich CHL(LR-CHL),3 cases of lymphocyte depleted CHL(LD-CHL).Immunohistochemically,the positive rate of CD15 and CD30 were 100%,93.33%,respectively,CD20 and CD45 RO of R-S cell all were negative. Conclusion:The morphological characteristics of Hodgkin's lymphoma is complex,CD15 and CD30 is important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
