Development and Enlightenment of Organic Agriculture of South Korea

Modern agriculture causes severe environmental pollution,now people start to pay more attention to food safety,so the organic agriculture is developing.Since organic agriculture in Korea started from 1970's,it has experienced tree periods.With the development of environment-friendly agriculture,organic agriculture has become most important part of its.The organic agriculture in Korea has developed rapidly by policies support,certification management,regulation construction,the promotion of government and non-government organizations,however,some problems still exist in technology and extension of organic agriculture.Comparing with Korea organic agriculture,the development of organic agriculture in China started late,referring the successful experiences from Korea,the contradictions of self-sufficient food and the development of organic agriculture must be resolved,enhancing the certification of agricultural products,introducing agricultural direct payment system and other methods to steadily and healthily develop organic agriculture in China.
