Abstract

Objective To study the effects of sufentanil on the hemodynamics in the induction of general anesthesia in geratics. Methods Forty cases of geratics were selected under general anesthesia. They were divided into 2 groups,20 cases in each group. In experiment group, sufentanil was used for induction. In control group, fentanyl was used for induction. The values of MAP,heart rate,CO,CI,SV,SVR and ACI were recorded before anesthesia,2 minutes after induction,at the point of intubation,1,3,5,10 minutes after intubation. Results The values of MAP and heart rate in experiment group were smaller than in control group at the point intubation and 1 minute after intubation(P0.05).There was no significant difference of the values of CO,CI at each time in experiment group(P0.05).But there was a significant difference in the values of CO and CI between after induction,at the point of intubation and after intubation in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared to fentanyl, the values of hemodynamics will be less affected during the process of the induction of general anesthesia with sufentanil and can keep the circulation system stable.
