Reflection on the Strengthening and Innovation of Graduate Stud ent Party Construction

Graduate student party construction work in universities plays an important role in talent training,which is an important part of the party building work in colleges and universities.The current graduate party building is faced with many contradictions and problems,such as party branch establishment,the effective development of organizational life,activist cultivation,training of party branch cadres,party members' education and management.This paper aimed at the graduate student group characteristics and the actual requirements of graduate education,and put forward several suggestions and specific practice to make the work of graduate party building more adapt to the requirements of the new times and give the fighting fortress role of party branch and pioneering model role of party members into full play.
