A new(t,n) threshold joint key escrow scheme

In key escrow scheme,aspects such as KMC,escrow person,escrow agency and escrow institution's role problems.In the case of ensuring security and efficiency,the burden of KMC,escrow person,and escrow institution should be reduced and the role of escrow agency should be increased.Using joint secret sharing technique,this paper proposes a new key escrow scheme based on(t,n) threshold scheme and the problems of once monitor,monitor for ever and roles are effectively solved.An agency can be easily added or deleted in this scheme and the forward and backward security is ensured.
