Abstract
The polysaccharide was extracted from Radix Rehmanniae using the enzymatic hydrolysis for cellulose method and hot water bath method. The effects of four variables on the extraction quantity of polysaccharide were studied.Through a single-factor experiment.the optimum conditions of polysaccharide extraction under the ratio of sample to solvent 1:30(m/V) were:extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 25 min.pH value of solvent 6.0,dosage of cellulase 3.0%.Under these optimum conditions.the extraction rate of polysaccharide is 21.4% and its degree of reduction to OH is 43.5%.It is a simple, convenient and efficient extraction method.
