Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to explore the application range of hereditary of soybean cultivars and select better quality cultivars with higher protein content.[Method]Taking 113 cultivated soybean varieties and 20 wild soybean varieties around the world as materials, using Kieldahl method, the protein content were determined and researched, and the diversity of soybean content was analyzed.[Result] The protein content of wild soybean is among 49%-54%,and is high protein soybean, and the protein content of cultivated soybean is among 36%-51%,have both high protein cultivars and low protein cultivars. The variance analysis shows that the soybean protein content shows extremely significant differences, has obvious polymorphism.[Conclusion] High protein soybean was screened out to provide theoretical and technical reference for soybean cultivar identification, germplasm resource protection and development.
