Abstract
Taking some middle-sized construction enterprise in Taiyuan city of Shanxi province as the research object,this paper analyzes status of manpower resource management in such middle-sized construction enterprises and some existing problems,and puts forward several constructive countermeasures,which has positive guiding significance for promoting good operation of construction enterprises.
