Abstract

Objective To discuss the manifestation of CT and improve the accuracy of diagnosis of pancreatic injury.Methods CT features of 15 patients with pancreatic injury caused by closed abdominal trauma confirmed by surgery and clinic observation was analyzed tetrospectively.Results There were 9 cases of pancreastic enlargement,11 cases of pancreatic laceration,1 case of pancreatic rupture,8 cases of pancreatic and peripancreatic hematoma,14 cases of thickening of pancreatic and renal facial and fluid collected in peripancreatic and perirenal space,3 cases of peripancreatic pseudocyst;merging the contusion of liver(4 cases),kidney(4 cases) or spleen(7 cases) into pancreatic injury were found.Conclusion CT has important value in the diagnosis of pancreatic injury.
