Abstract
Objective: Make a rapid analysis of chemical ingredients of the essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis.Method: Make a research upon the five samples of the essential oil of Guizhou Rosmarinus officinalis,combining the methods of solid-phase micro-extraction,gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS).Result: Identify a total of 28 kinds of chemical ingredients,which occupy 99.12 %,99.22 %,91.80 %,99.19 % and 98.8 %.of the total ingredients of the essential oil.Conclusion: The main chemical ingredients are Alpha-Pinene,Camphene,Beta-Pinene,Eucalyptol,(-)-Camphor and Borneol.
