Design of Agricultural Land Use Information System in respect of the Area of Dongling District Based on GIS

Land is a vital production material of humanity,and how to use land reasonably is the survival problem of human being.The paper presents a method of developing agricultural land use information system.Because the database design is a core design of the land use information system,the detailed discussion was made in some aspects such as data collecting and processing,space and attribute database design,and database functions design etc.The developed application system is meaningful for using land resource reasonably and managing agricultural land scientifically.
