Corporate control is not only the core of the corporate governance,which is the economic rights derived from the rights of the shareholders,but also the important issue in the Capital Market.A controlling shareholder tends to use their power to damage the interests of minority shareholders through voting rights.Therefore,in order to protect the interests of minority shareholders,we should make further legal adjustments for the corporate control.
