Abstract

The rapid development of Internet technology has brought many challenges to our traditional copyright system. Especially,currently the lack of the study on the infringement of copyright on the internet results in a series of problems in the legislation and practice .The author aims to discuss relevant problems of the infringement and then propose some personal thoughts and lawmaking advice.
