Abstract

By the field trials and demonstration, the application of dissolved phosphorus bio-fertilizer in maize and the effects of that on soil and plant phosphorus efficiency were studied. The results showed that the phosphate fertilizer utilization rate could reach 21.75%-37.98% throughout the growing period by dissolved phosphorus bio-fertilizer application, and plant phosphorus absorption efficiency in soil was 10.94%. There was no significant difference be found in phosphate uptake efficacy between the 2/3 amount of phosphate fertilizer and the whole amount of phosphate fertilizer applied treatment. The absorption efficiency of phosphate was reduced with the increase of phosphate fertilizer application. With the dissolved phosphorus bio-fertilizer demonstration and application in different ecological areas of Jilin province, the amount of chemical phosphate fertilizers could be reduced by 1/3, while the production had increased. Increasing yields of maize were 8.2%-11.7%, 4.1%-8.3% and 5.6%-13.0% in the central semi-humid and semi-arid areas, the arid regions of western margin and in the eastern humid cold stimulation, respectively.Dissolved phosphorus organisms had environmental adaptability in different soil types of different ecological regions.
