Classical prescription on treating facial acne

This paper introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of facial acne,and illuminates the features of classical prescription treating facial acne through the clinical experience.This paper emphasizes that the classical prescription treats the acne in the way of syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the syndrome reaction rather than the way of treatment by etiology or specialized disease by specialized formula,that is to say,when in the clinic,according to the syndrome feature,first to differentiate the six channels,then the formulas and patterns combined with the etiology differentiation for curing the acne.Nine formula-patterns are illustrated for share,including Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang and Chidou Danggui Powder Formula-Pattern,Banxia Xiexin Decoction Formula-Pattern,Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and Danggui Shaoyao Powder Formula-Pattern,Gancao Xiexin Decoction Formula-Pattern,Daqinglong Decoction Formula-Pattern,Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction Formula-Pattern,Xiaochaihu and Jiegeng Shigao Formula-Pattern,Sini Powder and Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Guizhi Decoction FormulaPattern,and Ganjianq Huanqlian Huanqqin Renshen Decoction Formula-Pattern.
