Today, Emergency response has become a vital subject which is unavoidable to governments at all levels. As a stabilizer, a coordinator and a controller for emergency response management, it is highly important to efficiently spread and scientifically apply emergency response information for emergency response management, which is especially true to emergency response information system and management framework of China.
