Abstract
Aim To observe the influence of taohongsiwutang different extracts on microcirculation of model rats with blood deficiency-blood stasis. Methods Model rats of Blood deficiency-Blood stasis were got by injecting cyclophsphamide and acetylphenylhydrazine. The influence of taohongsiwutang different extracts on auricular microcirculation blood flow, microvascular blood flow velocity and diameter of model animals was observed. Results Water extraction Group can significantly increase model rats'micro-arteriole venous blood flow velocity, increase microcirculation blood flow, which compared with the model group has significant difference(P0.01),but micro-diameter arteries and veins had no obvious impact.Polysaccharide group and alcohol extraction group can obviously expand capillaries, increase capillary diameter, significantly increase micro-arteriole venous blood flow velocity and the microcirculation blood flow, compared with the model group have significant difference(P0.01).Water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant group, compared with the model group also can obviously increase capillary diameter(P0.01),but only arterial blood flow velocity faster than that of model group(P0.01),venous blood flow velocity having no obvious impact, and microcirculation blood flow is less than that of polysaccharide group, compared with polysaccharide group have statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusions Taohongsiwutang different extracts can significantly increase the microcirculation blood flow, improve microcirculation of blood deficiency-blood stasis model animals, but the way is different. It is said that the material basis of taohongsiwutang for enriching blood and promoting blood flow is polysaccharide.
